Tuition


The Non-Refundable Application/Registration Fee for all of SCT’s Programs is $200


*** Tuition cost for the Central Sterile Supply (CSS) Program is $2,000


*** Tuition cost for the Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS) Online Program is $1,100


*** Tuition cost for the Certified in Healthcare Leadership (CHL) Program is $2,600


All tuition payments are non-refundable however if a student is unable to attend the current program they paid for, the tuition payments can be transferred to the next upcoming program for the same student. *Restrictions Apply

The $200 Application/Registration fee is not reflected in the tuition prices below. The application must be filled out and the Application/Registration fee must be paid prior to the submission of any tuition payments to secure a seat in an upcoming program..

No cash or check will be accepted


Payment Plan for Central Sterile Supply (CSS)
Option 1 - $2,000

  • $2,000 Tuition payment is due 24 hours prior to the start date of the program

Option 2 - $2,200

($200 Payment plan fee included)

  • $400 Down Payment due 24 hours prior to the start date of the program.
  • $1,800 Balance is paid one of two ways:
    1) 3 monthly payments of $600
    2) 6 bi-weekly payments of $300

Payment Plan for Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS) Online
Option 1 - $1,100
  • $1,100 Tuition payment is due 24 hours prior to the start date of the program.

Payment Plan for Certified in Healthcare Leadership (CHL)
Option 1 - $2,600
  • $2,600 Tuition payment is due 24 hours prior to the start date of the program

Option 2 - $2,800

($200 Payment plan fee included)

  • $800 Down Payment due 24 hours prior to the start date of the program
  • $2,000 Balance is paid by: 5 bi-weekly payments of $400

Late fee and Non-Payment


Any student utilizing Payment Plan Option 2 will incur a late fee of $50 two (2) days/48 hours after the original tuition payment was due. The $50 late fee will be charged for each late occurrence. If both the late fee and full tuition payment is not received on the second day after the original tuition payment is due, the student will be expelled from the program and any monies received by Sterile Concepts Technology from the student WILL NOT be refunded.
